Our website is exclusively for helping our customers provide information regarding the availability of travel-related products and services, make fair reservations, and transact business with travel suppliers. You may visit our website and undertake business transactions only after acquiescing to the Terms & Conditions. We request that you read the Terms & Conditions carefully before proceeding with any transaction with us.

We may modify the Terms & Conditions whenever required from time to time, and we understand that you also agree to the modifications when using our website.

  1. General Disclaimer

    SterlingFares is a Bricks-and-Mortar Travel Agency offering direct flight deals and making travel-related arrangements with third-party suppliers for airline providers. This is also to inform you that our quoted rates include service fees, applicable taxes, and other charges. You also agree to the total amount we quoted when making reservations on your behalf with Travel Suppliers.

    The company will not be responsible for inaccuracies or errors on our website or the non-delivery of travel products and services by Travel Suppliers from whom these products or services are obtained through our website. We also want to clearly state that while providing travel management services, we don't insure, guarantee, or support the services or products delivered by third-party suppliers, their present financial status, or the repayment to you from any loss whatsoever because of the financial position of such suppliers. If the supplier defaults before delivering the service or product to you, even when the payment has already been made, then the defaulting supplier will be solely responsible for refunding you in whatever form unless we cause such a loss. In such situations, you can take legal action against the defaulting supplier whenever you desire.

    We at SterlingFares want to inform you that we are only responsible for actions regarding the delivery of travel-related products or benefits that are within our control. We also won't be liable or accountable for any irregularity, nonperformance, delay, damage, accident, loss, injury, omission, error, or any consequence caused by default, neglect, or any other inactivity or act of any Travel Supplier.

    We won't be responsible for any changes or fluctuations in price, flight schedule, or accommodations after final booking and payment for such service. We also won't be accountable for overbooking, cancellation, re-routing, flight delays, strikes, or weather-related issues involving your reservations made through us. It may be noted that currency rates vary. The price quoted on our website is in local currency. However, we will not be responsible for final currency conversion or rates after payment for a travel reservation to purchase international travel products and services.

    After making travel reservations with us and making subsequent payments, a penalty may be incurred for canceling or seeking a refund from the travel supplier for the said products and services. We also don't have any control over the quoted prices or payments made during the final booking.

    We don't validate, endorse, guarantee, or promote the services and products of other advertisers promoted on our website.

    When making travel reservations with us, a contract may be formed between the Travel Supplier and you, and as such, additional Terms & Conditions may apply to your purchase and booking of travel-related services and products. You are thus requested to carefully read the other Terms & Conditions of any such supplier and agree to those while completing reservations with us.

  2. Use Of Our Website

    Before you use our website, you must be assured that you are 18 years old and above, legally authorized to agree to transact business with us and do legitimate transactions for yourself or on behalf of others. It would help if you also affirmed that the details supplied by you or on other's behalf are current, true, accurate, and complete. You also agree that our website will be used in accordance with the Terms & Conditions stated herein. The company reserves the right to deny anyone access to our website and the assistance we offer for any reason and at any time for violating these Terms & Conditions in any way.

    If we detect any signs of suspicious activity, abuse, or fraud on your account or booking, we may cancel any service or travel reservations associated with your account, name, or email address and close any associated accounts with us. Moreover, we reserve the right to take any legal action upon detecting any fraudulent activity by you, and we will hold you liable for monetary losses to us, including damages and litigation costs.

  3. Travel Supplier Rules and Restrictions

    Additional Terms & Conditions will apply to your reservation when purchasing travel-related services with us. Before proceeding with our transactions, you may read the other Terms & Conditions carefully. If you have mainly purchased a flight ticket with us, then you must read the Terms & Conditions of the airline with which your ticket was bought, which can be viewed on the airline's website.

    We understand that you consent to the Terms & Conditions of purchase as required by the supplier with whom the flights are to be booked and that payments must be made in full compliance with the rules and restrictions of the said supplier. Airfare will be guaranteed only when the purchase and air tickets have been issued. Airlines and other suppliers may change prices without prior notice. Your booking can only be canceled if we receive full payment in a time-bound manner.

    The customers may be allowed to book a reservation for a combination of two (2) one-way tickets instead of a roundtrip ticket by us. Combined one-way tickets can be utilized on the exact airline or different airlines. Different rules, restrictions, and fees apply to each one-way ticket. If the airline makes schedule changes or cancellations to one or all the flights and the customer must change to one or all the affected flights, then the customer will have to pay any fees incurred for modifying the unaffected flight.

    You must also acknowledge and understand that violating the rules and restrictions of the concerned supplier may result in the cancellation of your reservation, denying access to the travel services and products, forfeiting of any amount paid by you for reservation, and debiting your account for any costs incurred because of such violation.

  4. Our Booking Process

    Once you have decided to book a flight ticket or any other travel products and services with us and place an offer for the same, then we reserve the right to either accept or reject your offer on behalf of the concerned Travel Supplier for any or no reason, at our sole discretion.

    The email confirmation we sent you is an acknowledgment of receipt of your offer, not necessarily of contractual acceptance of the booking. We will check the availability of the flight ticket or the travel product or service as requested and initiate the booking process upon availability. The relevant booking will be treated as final and confirmed only when we receive the full payment, along with your acknowledgment.

    Your booking (such as travel dates, ticket availability, and price) is only guaranteed if the travel supplier makes and confirms the reservation and we have issued a ticket. After you have completed your booking, the changes to your booking (such as destinations or names) or cancellation will be at our exclusive discretion and by these Terms & Conditions.

    We want to clearly state that neither SterlingFares nor its business associates/third-party suppliers will be held responsible or accountable if you are denied boarding, delayed, or deported because you did not fulfill the supplier's rules and restrictions and all that the government requires of you as part of your travel process. In such situations, you won't be entitled to any refund from us whatsoever.

    Please note that all the passengers on your booking (if more than one) will have to travel on the same itinerary. We won't allow you to add or delete individual passengers from your booking. SterlingFares reserves the right to correct errors in any advertised price and, if applicable, provides you an option to either withdraw the booking or allow us to collect an amount equal to any increase in price from your debit or credit card before your scheduled departure.

    Your booking has been provided to us by the relevant travel supplier. You must check with the appropriate travel supplier for frequent flyer points and miles. Once your booking has been confirmed and the final ticket issued, the name(s) or destination(s) provided in your booking can't be transferred or changed.

  5. Pricing, Taxes/Fees, And Payment

    Our total prices include all fees and taxes applicable to airfare booking. If appropriate, relevant travel suppliers may charge additional fuel surcharges and service fees during check-in. You may contact the relevant travel supplier directly for queries or clarifications regarding such charges.

    We at SterlingFares accept all major debit or credit cards with a verifiable billing address. Full payment is to be made at the time of booking. We also require authorization from us and our authorized third-party suppliers to process the charge to the debit or credit card provided to us for the total amount of your booking. You must ensure that the credit card verification number and billing address provided to us are accurate and duly accepted by the merchant. All prices, offers, and conditions of sale are subject to change without notice.

    If your credit card declines while processing your transaction, we will try to notify you by email within 72 hours. However, your transaction will not be processed once your credit card is declined. We don't guarantee the fare or any other booking details. If a fare change takes effect, you can exercise your right to cancel your booking without any cost and with no service fees.

  6. Our Fees and Exceptions

    SterlingFares will charge a service fee as described hereunder. This will be in addition to the cost and fees levied by each Travel Supplier. Our fees are generally non-refundable and will be charged on a per-passenger, per-ticket basis.

    SterlingFares Booking Fees Online/Over the Phone: A service fee of up to $200* is charged on a per-passenger per-ticket for U.S. Domestic and International flights.

    SterlingFares Post-Ticketing Fees:

    For Cancellations/Changes/Refunds

    Within 24 hours of booking: A service fee of up to $100* is charged per passenger, per ticket for U.S. Domestic and International flights.

    Beyond 24 hours of booking: A service fee of up to $200* is charged on a per-passenger, per-ticket for U.S. Domestic and International flights.

    Changes to already purchased flights: Any changes to your itinerary will be subject to the airline's fare rules. SterlingFares doesn't guarantee and won't be responsible for any reservations or bookings made or confirmed to you when the travel supplier makes any changes to your original itinerary upon your request or schedule changes.

  7. Changes to the Terms

    The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and without prior notice. We should review our Terms & Conditions for updates frequently. We do not usually handle any loss or damage resulting from modifications to our policies.
